Delivery Options
- QazPost branches (for small towns and villages)
- Door-to-door delivery via Avis courier (for major cities)
Orders are shipped the next day after they are placed.
Delivery Times
- Almaty: after payment is made, delivery is carried out the next day from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
- Other cities: 3 to 10 business days
You will receive a tracking number by email after placing your order. You can use this number to track your package on the courier service’s website.
Pickup
- Online orders placed before 5:00 PM as self-pickup in Almaty can be taken the same day after 6:00 PM at 47 Mаметова Street. Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be ready for pickup the next day from 11:00 AM. A notification with the exact pickup time will be sent to your email.
- For orders placed for pickup in Astana, the order will be ready for pickup 2 hours after it has been made.
