If you bought an item in one of our physical stores, you have 14 days from the purchase date to return or exchange it. Make sure to have the receipt, tags, and the item in good condition. You can only process returns or exchanges at the store where you initially bought the item.
For Customers in Almaty and Astana:
If you received an order through our company's courier service in Almaty or Astana, use our website (qazaqrepublic.com) to handle returns. Submit a return request in the "My Orders" section. Courier returns are accepted at specific addresses in Almaty and Astana:
Almaty: Mametova Street, 47
Astana: Bokeikhan Street, 29, Office 14
To start a return, ensure the following:
1. You have the receipt.
2. You provide a written statement (attached to the order and sent via email).
Remember! Return the item with the receipt, tag, in its original condition, and include the completed return statement. Refunds take 3-7 working days from the item's arrival at our warehouse.
For Pickup Orders:
If you selected the "pickup" option, returns are accepted only at specific addresses in Almaty and Astana:

Follow these conditions for returns:
1.Have the receipt and a completed return statement.
2.Ensure the item is unused.

For Other Regions, Cities, and Settlements (excluding Almaty and Astana):
Returning regional orders delivered by courier
You can return the item if:
1.The order was placed on our website.
2.The order was delivered by a courier to your door or a KazPost branch.
3.You provided all necessary documents during the return (return statement, receipt).
Customers can return items by visiting a KazPost branch or using any courier service to send the item back to the recipient's address.
Return procedure:
1.Send the item via courier service or to a KazPost branch.
2.Include completed return statement (included in the order) and receipt (included in the order).

Return or Exchange of Defective In-Store Purchases:
If you receive a factory-defective item that cannot be repaired, visit the store, write a complaint, and submit it for inspection. You'll receive an official response within 5 working days.
Return or Exchange of Defective Courier-Delivered Items:
If you receive a factory-defective item through the courier, initiate a return by sending us a complaint about the issue.
