Delivery Options
- QazPost branches (for small towns and villages)
- Door-to-door delivery via Avis courier (for major cities)
Orders are shipped the next day after they are placed.
Delivery Times
- Almaty: after payment is made, delivery is carried out the next day from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
- Other cities: 3 to 10 business days
You will receive a tracking number by email after placing your order. You can use this number to track your package on the courier service’s website.
Pickup
- Online orders designated for pickup in Almaty can be collected at Mametova 47 only after 4 hours from the time of purchase. A notification with the exact readiness time of your order will be sent to your email.
- For orders placed for pickup in Astana, the order will be ready for pickup 2 hours after it has been made.
Yandex
- Express courier delivery is arranged immediately after the order is placed. A tracking link will be sent via the Yandex app. Delivery is available only within the cities of Almaty and Astana.
