Delivery
Delivery in Almaty and Astana

The delivery service will bring your order in Almaty and Astana between 10:00 AM-9:00 PM. We will ship your orders within the next day after receiving payment. The courier will contact you in advance. If the address you have provided is not within the courier’s area reach, we will offer you to select a pickup option.

Pickup in Almaty and Astana

Online orders designated for pickup in Almaty can be collected at Mametova 47 only after 4 hours from the time of purchase. A notification with the exact readiness time of your order will be sent to your email.

For orders placed for pickup in Astana, the order will be ready for pickup 2 hours after it has been made.

International delivery

The delivery to other states is not available yet. However, you can place an order for pickup in Almaty or Astana, so that your items will be delivered by another courier service that provides international delivery.

Delivery to other cities

Orders to major cities of Kazakhstan are delivered by the Avis delivery service within 7-9 business days. Products are sent to small towns and villages via the Kazpost. Approximate delivery time: 7-14 working days. The exact amount of delivery time and hours are determined by the courier and postal services. You can track the route of your order by using the track number. It will be available on your profile.

Delivery costs

Delivery in Almaty and Astana
We deliver your items for free within the certain area reach, if your orders are higher than 25000 tenge. For orders below 25000 tenge, delivery should be paid by you. From January 1, 2025, the cost of delivery to a certain square of the city is 1,500 tenge.

Delivery to other cities of Kazakhstan
Orders to major cities of Kazakhstan are delivered by the Avis delivery service within 7-9 business days. The cost of delivery starts from 2000 tenge. Items are sent to small towns and villages via the Kazpost. Approximate delivery time: 7-14 working days. The cost of delivery starts from 3500 tenge.

Return terms
Return of purchased items

You can return an item within 14 days from the day you have received an item from a courier. We can receive your order back if items were not intentionally damaged, and all tags and cashier receipt are not lost. You have to fill out the return application form, which is delivered with ordered items to you. Send this application back to us by courier service. Click here to find out detailed instructions.

Return of items purchased in QR stores

You can return a store purchased item within 14 days from the day you bought the product. We can receive your order back if items were not intentionally damaged, and all tags and cashier receipt are not lost. Please provide items, tags and cashier receipt to our store staff where you purchased our clothes.

Refund
Online purchases refund

We will return your money back as soon as we receive purchased items back and do necessary quality checks. This may take 3-7 business days. Once your return will be processed by our staff, you will receive an email message that confirms your return. Your money will be refunded by the same payment method you used for purchase. We kindly ask you to send a refund confirmation email to your bank, if you have not received your money within 10 days or more. You can find detailed information about the return and exchange policy on the Public Offer section of the website.

In-store purchases refund

We will return your money back as soon as we receive purchased items back and do necessary quality checks. This may take 3-7 business days. If you pay for your purchase in cash, the refund will be made on the same day. If your cashier receipt is missing (if you paid via Kaspi or other banks), you have to visit the store and fill out the application form. It may take 3-4 business days to process your application. If you paid by cash, refund or exchange is not possible without a cashier receipt.

You can cancel an order at My Orders section in your Profile. However, we cannot cancel your order if the order status has changed to “preparing your items at the warehouse”. Depending on the bank you are working with, funds after order cancellation will be returned within 3-7 business days.

How to add an item to your cart

Once you have selected an item and its’ size, click on “Add to Cart” button. A window will open on the right side showing items placed in the cart. You can change the quantity of products in this window.

How to pay

Visa and Master Card are accepted for online payments. Enter your card details and fill in all required fields when you place an order on our website. Attention! Payment in cash or via Kaspi upon order receipt from the courier is not available now.

Care instructions
Washing instructions

Washing T-shirts and sweatshirts
Washing your items in 30° cool water helps to preserve the color and shape of the garment. It is also important to use a mild detergent and do not wash with dyed or faded items. Please avoid drying your clothes in the sun to avoid fading.

Tote bags
We recommend using wet wipes for minor stains and washing a tote bag by hand in 30° cool water without any detergents. Please turn your tote bag inside out to wash it.

Backpack
Avoid washing your backpack in a washing machine or by hand. Wipe the surface of a backpack with a soft sponge or cloth that contains diluted soap solution.

Bomber and hoodie
We recommend using bio washing powders without optical brighteners. Wash your hoodies and bombers in dark colours separately light-coloured garments.

We offer delivery across Kazakhstan.

Delivery Options

  • QazPost branches (for small towns and villages)
  • Door-to-door delivery via Avis courier (for major cities)    

Orders are shipped the next day after they are placed.

Delivery Times

  • Almaty: after payment is made, delivery is carried out the next day from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
  • Other cities: 3 to 10 business days

Pickup
